Another milestone for AzUrlShortener

Summary

It was a bittersweet but exciting milestone as Frank officially took back ownership of the Azure Easy URL Shortener after Microsoft archived the original repository. The stream was spent syncing the project, updating documentation to reflect its new home, and coordinating the first independent release (v4.1.2) in quite a while. Between project updates, Frank also spent time wrestling with some OS configuration tweaks following an upgrade to Omari Quattro 4, all while chatting about community contributions and future authentication plans for the budget-friendly tool.
