Adding a .NET MAUI interface to NoteBookmark
Summary
We wrapped up Notebookmark v1.1.3, shipping fixes for duplicate tags and code coverage improvements, while also cleaning up AI tooling artifacts (Squad/Copilot files) from the main branch to keep production clean. Then we kicked off the exciting new .NET MAUI Android chapter of the project — using Copilot skills like grill me and PRD-to-issues to break down the feature spec into a solid list of work items, setting us up for the build ahead! 📺 - Twitch archive - stream no. 407
